Our Favorite Blue Paint Colors

Blue. Looks great with every decor style. Never goes out of style. And it's always a crowd pleaser! But with hundreds of shades to sort through, picking that elusive "perfect blue" can be tricky. To take some of the overwhelm out, we're sharing our tried-and-true shades with you.

Keep in mind, these shades can read very differently on a computer screen; so be sure to grab a sample to test. Our favorite method is painting the color on poster-board (to avoid a rainbow of test colors on your wall) and move it around to different rooms and watch it in different lights. Some colors can look completely different in morning vs. afternoon light. Trust us, you'll be much more confident in your choice this way and avoid any huge shocks when you walk into your freshly painted space.
